That all sounded well and good until he started asking for help on designing a webpage. A lot of "asking later" and no volunteers, John bought some books, programs and hid out in the cellar. The task did not come easy, but John finally got through his first design. It took a lot of experimentation and frustrating calls but he finally has the hang of it. When the word got out about his new found skill set, organizations started asking him to design a webpage. Now that his friends have worn him out it is time to become a profit center. He can use the money to support his hobbies and investment. |
